SHEET METAL FABRICATION
In addition to metal panel system and the trim associated with those systems, MDM also supplies roofing contractors with the various sheet metal flashings that are required with all types of roof system. Whether it is coping, gutter, edgings, counterflashings or anything else, the trim is fabricated to the contractors requirements for each project.
Quality and consistency is assured through the use of computer controlled brake forming equipment that has very high dimensional and angle bending repeatability. Computer programing makes it possible to fabricate complex shapes, such as the custom cornice shown below. Our 100+ years of fabrication & installation history assures you that we have some good ideas on the proper design of flashings that a job may require. There are often multiple ways to design a certain flashing and the performance difference can be dramatic.
